WHO ARE WE?
Competitive Resources Group, Inc. (CRG) is a niche training, placement and consulting firm that specializes in career transitioning with highly competitive individuals. These Individuals, are both entry level and experienced candidates looking to enhance or make changes in their career, have developed a unique skill set that many companies desire.
These highly competitive individuals have competed at the college level and have proven they have the discipline, tenacity and desire to compete -- and to win! They have also developed and practiced the valuable team player skills and work ethic to focus their need for success in the work force. For the entry level candidates, CRG's responsibility is to organize and develop those nonacademic skills as a supplement to those academic ones and create a more valuable candidate to the work force. CRG works with over 45 companies nationwide desiring to strengthen their organizations with individuals who are competitive, disciplined and team/results oriented. CRG provides their business clients with a resume and highlight summary for each pre-qualified entry level and experienced candidate to assist in their screening and interview process. Over 250 collegiate athletic departments across the country are actively working with CRG by recommending their athletes to our service, 120 of which are personally visited each year, to help identify highly competitive individuals CRG's personal relationships with these schools allow them to obtain objective evaluations from athletic personnel who have worked with these highly competitive individuals for several years. CRG then follows up and conducts personal interviews with those candidates recommended. CRG has implemented several new career transitioning products such as a one-of-a-kind transitional program for coaches. This program, as well as others, will continue to assist CRG in remaining the leader in helping highly competitive individuals with their careers. OBJECTIVE The objective of CRG is to act as a bridge (training, placement, and consulting) between quality degreed highly competitive individuals and organizations looking for candidates who possess the traits found in most athletes: competitive, focused, results driven, mentally tough, disciplined, team oriented, confident, coachable, and ability to overcome adversity.
