What We Do

CRG assists highly competitive individuals in making a successful transition into their professional careers. Our staff has experienced the demands of today's athlete, walked in the corporate shoes of partner companies and been exposed to proper career development practices. The student-athlete career development program identifies 25 traits of an athlete that organizations often look for in potential employees.

Our commitment toward training and development provides assistance to organizations looking for unique way of helping their essential career development programming

  • Athletes have a high demand on their time and compete on a year-round basis, which can restrict their opportunities to utilize their available resources. The campus visits that CRG has conducted over the past seven plus years has shown that a small percentage of student-athletes effectively use the career services offices

  • Not all organizations have personnel that fully understand the uniqueness of the athletes and their special needs. CRG provides their expertise and become the bridge between the athletes and the career services offices.

  • As an outside source directly connected to the marketplace, CRG can provide open and frank dialogue with athletes and can sometimes be more challenging in our presentation style.

  • CRG has worked with highly competitive individuals and athletes from schools at all levels of the NCAA (Division I, II, and III) and NAIA as well as professional organizations such as the NBA, WBNA, NBA Development League and teams of the NFL.
