MEGAN RYAN, National Account Manager Megan received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Master of Business Administration from Troy State University in 2000. At Troy State, Megan was a four-year letter winner as a pitcher for the softball team and achieved First-Team All Conference honors. Megan was featured in the 2000 edition of the Troy State University Sorrell College of Business Magazine as the Academics/Athletics Woman of the Year. Megan worked as a graduate assistant to the Associate Director of Athletics at Troy State University. Megan has been with CRG since January 2001 helping hundreds of former student-athletes gain meaningful employment.
KURT PATBERG, Ph.D., Executive Consultant
Kurt has been involved in the leadership of CRG since his arrival in August 2001. Kurt completed his undergraduate degree in 1981 from the University of Evansville where he played baseball. He most recently obtained his Ph.D. in Kinesiology from the University of Minnesota (June 2002) with an emphasis of study in Higher Education and Sports Administration. Kurt also received a Masters of Sports Administration degree from Ohio University. Prior to joining CRG, Kurt spent nearly twenty years in intercollegiate athletic administration including his most recent full time position as the commissioner of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference from 1997-2000. Kurt also served as commissioner of the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference from 1991-1997 (served as an interim capacity for six months in 2000-2001), following three years as Associate Athletic Director at American University. Kurt spent several years at K & K Insurance Agency as Director, Intercollegiate Sports Division and as Assistant Athletic Director at Central Michigan University.
Kurt is a notable speaking in the area of career transitioning and has been on of the feature speakers of the NCAA Career Connection program at the 2005 and 2006 NCAA Conventions. Kurt was also recently inducted into the Rocky Mountain Athletic Conference Hall of Fame. Kurt is married to Susan Montagne Patberg who is the Women's Head Soccer Coach at Emory University. SENIOR RECRUITMENT TEAMJACK CARRINGTON, Senior Medical Sales Consultant Jack, who joined CRG in the summer of 2002, is formerly a sales representative and regional sales manager with the Instrument Division of Stryker Corporation for over 18 years. Before that stint, he sold surgical instruments, lasers, and operating microscopes with Edward Weck & Co. Jack attained his B.A. in psychology from Pepperdine University, M.A. in psychology from Princeton University, and M.S. in business administration from Columbia University. At CRG, Jack specializes in working with experienced medical sales candidates and brings a wealth of experience to a very important segment of CRG's business. ELI FISHER, Senior Recruiter/Principal Eli received his undergraduate degree from The University of Montana where he also participated in Track and Field. Prior to joining CRG, Eli held a prestigious medical sales position with DePuy Mitek, a division of Johnson and Johnson. Eli's countless hours in the operating room provides our clients in the medical field with a very knowledgeable recruiter. Eli also earned numerous sales awards during his career in the pharmaceutical industry, including a nomination as the West Coast Rookie of the Year in 2003 and a nomination to the West Coast President's Counsel. Recruiters/Account ManagersCassie Malone, Account Manager Cassie received a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from The University of Georgia in 2004. At Georgia, Cassie was a four-year letter winner on the gymnastics team and was named a First-Team All-American, as well as MVP of the 2002 SEC Championship team. Prior to CRG, Cassie worked in the medical device field for about 2 ½ years. Cassie has been with CRG since October 2007.
Jeff Fambrough, Account Manager Jeff received a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science from Furman University in 2007. At Furman, Jeff was a three-year letterman on the football team and attained a Southern Conference Championship in 2004. Jeff also holds the back squat record at 715lbs as well as records in the World Natural Powerlifting Federation (WNPF). Prior to CRG, Jeff worked as certified personal trainer at Fitness Together and attained his certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach with the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA-CSCS). Jeff has been with CRG since April 2008. |
